  • Welcome Rally 
    Come to the cafeteria at your specific program time (double check below to see if you're in the 8:30am OR 9:45am Welcome Session)
  • Academic Success Building
    In this classroom session, you’ll be meeting your faculty, fellow students, and get the scoop on what to expect during your program at SLC.
  • Free Lunch
    Enjoy a FREE lunch generously provided by Brown’s Fine Food Services across the road at beautiful Lake Ontario Park. We'll have blankets for you to sit on so you can find somewhere in the sun or the shade, while you enjoy lunch with your group.
  • Activities, Clubs, and Games @ Lake Ontario Park
    After grabbing your lunch, you and your group will see what SLC has to offer.
    Whatever you enjoy doing, we’ve got something fun for you! Outdoor games, Bubble Soccer, Obstacle Courses, Escapes Rooms, walks along the water, and so much more! Also, you get a chance to signup early for Clubs, Athletics, and Intramural sports.
    **For those with mobility issues, we have a bus to take you across the road to the park**
  • Mature Student Meet-Up @ Lake Ontario Park
    Students returning to school after time away, or students who have children, are invited to meet other first year mature students, and learn about the opportunities that SLC has to offer. There is no age requirement, if you feel like you’re a mature student then you’re more than welcome to come! We’ll be meeting at 1pm – watch for the signs!
